Apple and Wild Rice Breakfast

apple unpared, cubed
1/4
tsp
cinnamon, dash of coriander

butter

cup
Wild Rice, cooked
2
tbsp
brown sugar
½
cup
cream
¼
tsp
salt
Over low heat, sauté apple in butter for about 5
minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar, salt and spices over apples. Stir in Wild
Rice.
Cook, stirring until rice is heated thoroughly. Serve with cream.
Serves 2.
