Bruschetta
on Polenta

package ready made Polenta
1
tsp. vegetable oil
½
lb. Soft Goats Cheese
1,
8 oz container of Summer Fresh Bruschetta
2
sprigs fresh basil
Slice
the polenta into ½” rounds.
Lightly grease a fry pan or grill pan and heat over
medium heat. Pan
fry the polenta for 2 minutes on each side.
Spread 1/2 tsp. of soft goats cheese on the top and spoon
over 1-1/2 tsp. of Bruschetta.
Yield: 12 portions
