Basil and Lemon Pasta

Mediterranean Jewel Basil & Garlic Oil

Fresh lemon juice

clove
garlic, peeled and minced

cup
minced fresh basil leaves

lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Culinario Parsley Garlic Linguine or
Tomato Garlic Fettuccine
1. In a large bowl,
combine the Mediterranean Jewel Basil and Garlic Oil, lemon juice,
garlic and minced basil leaves; add sliced mushrooms and chopped tomatoes; stir
and set aside.
2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta 3-4 minutes until tender but
firm. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Serve warm or at room temperature,
garnished with fresh sprigs of basil
For a spicier
sauce, try Mediterranean Jewel Hot Pepper Medley Oil instead of Mediterranean
Jewel Basil & Garlic Oil.
