Roasted Potato Fingers
Try
this with chicken and steak and watch them disappear!
For a slightly hotter version, try Mediterranean Jewel Hot Pepper
Medley Oil instead of the Bouquet Oil.
4 large potatoes
2-3 tbsp.
Mediterranean Jewel Mediterranean Bouquet Oil
2-3 tbsp.
Small Pleasures Roasted Potato Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1. Peel or scrub the
potatoes. Quarter each potato and
then cut in half to make 8 fingers.
2. Place Mediterranean
Jewel Mediterranean Bouquet Oil in a bowl and add potatoes. Mix with spoon
until oil coats all potato fingers.
3. Spread potatoes on a
non-stick pan and bake at 400' F for 35 to 40 minutes until crisp and golden.
Add salt and pepper.
