Tomato and
Feta Salad
Very
simply and quick to make, this salad is perfect on a hot summer day! Enjoy with
warmed rolls or a large slice of crusty bread!
1.
Slice or quarter tomatoes onto a large plate.
2.
Crumble feta cheese over tomatoes.
3.
Drizzle with Mediterranean Jewel Mediterranean Bouquet Oil.
4.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
