Warm
Turkey Caesar Salad
Dressing:
½
cup
Mediterranean Jewel Basil & Garlic Oil

Mediterranean Jewel Cranberry Vinegar and sugar
½
tsp each
ginger and dry mustard
Salad:
5
cups
Romaine lettuce leaves
1
cup
sliced fresh mushrooms
1
large tomato, chopped
¼
cup
chopped fresh parsley

tbsp
Mediterranean Jewel Basil & Garlic Oil
1
lb.
Skinless, boneless turkey breast, cut into ½ inch strips
¼
cup
green onions, diagonally sliced
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
1.
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; set aside.
2. On individual plates, layer romaine, mushrooms tomatoes and parsley.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of Mediterranean Jewel Basil & Garlic Oil in a
large skillet over medium-high heat. Add
turkey strips; season with pepper and stir fry until turkey is slightly browned
and no longer pink. Stir in onions
and cook for 1 minute.

Arrange turkey and onions on top of tomatoes and parsley.

In the same skillet, over very low heat, heat dressing until warm,
stirring constantly. Serve warm dressing with salad.
Note
– Turkey may be substituted with chicken breast.
