Brown Sugar Formula
To replace Brown or Yellow Sugar
Make up a syrup comprising of:
White sugar 43%
Water 22%
Fancy Molasses 35%
Add this syrup to White sugar in a bowl or mixer at
approximately 10% level.
These quantities can be altered to achieve exact
colour and flavour that is desired.
