Grilled Lemon Halibut with Summer Fresh Lemon and
Dill Hummus
1 x 8oz (227g)
Summer Fresh Lemon & Dill
Hummus
½ cup (125ml) Plain bread crumbs
2 Halibut filets
1 Lemon, cut in ½”
rounds
2 Arugula leaves
2 Sprigs of fresh
dill, garnish
1.
On a large plate, spread ½ package of
Summer Fresh Lemon and Dill
Hummus. On another large plate, spread bread
crumbs.

Place a fish filet into dip and coat well;
place into bread crumbs and coat well. Place the
filet on a non-stick tray. Repeat with remaining
filet.

Cook filet in 350°F (180ºC) oven for 6 to 8
minutes or until cooked through. Grill lemon slices
on BBQ for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.
In the centre of a plate, place arugula leaf,
top with two slices of lemon rounds, and fish
filet. Garnish with ½ of remaining
Summer Fresh Lemon and Dill
Hummus, and a sprig of dill.
Repeat for other plate
