Mansoon Pasta
4 cups cooked pasta (save ½ cup water)
4 cups mixed vegetable sticks (use carrots, green
beans, celery, peppers & onion.)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Himalaya Gourmet
Curry Masala (paste)
1 breast chicken, cut in strips
Salt to taste
Method:
Brown chicken strips until well cooked. Stir in the
vegetables, Himalaya Gourmet Curry Masala and
salt to taste. When well cooked stir in the pasta.
If required add 1/2 cup saved water. Serve.
