This program focuses on the requirements of Food and Drug Regulations that govern all foods and beverages sold in Canada.

Many retail and food service companies driven by consumer demands are voluntarily providing nutrition information where such information is exempt under the law. Learn how to present nutrition information when it is mandatory and how to do so voluntarily. This course provides a solid overview of Canadian nutrition labelling, nutrient content claims and health claims.
