Alimentaria 2024 Registration

Where: Barcelona, Spain

When: March 18-21, 2024

  • The Canada branded stand will include the following: information counter with company logo, table, chairs, shelves, wastebasket, electrical outlet, and storage area.
  • Upon checkout of this form it will revert to the 50% amount (CDN $4,270.00) which is due at registration. The remaining 50% will be invoiced and is due by December 15th. The secondary 50% amount may be waived for CFEA members once/if funding is approved by the Agrimarketing program.

  • By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Payment must accompany registration to be considered. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced or have Canadian content to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

You are not obligated to be a member to exhibit with us at this show (non-members will pay 100%) however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

Pending approval from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s Agrimarketing program, CFEA members may be eligible to receive their booth costs and additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, etc) at 50% as well as reimbursements for the following items:

  • Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
  • Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)
  • Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget, once/if approved.
