CANCELLATION POLICY:
DEADLINE 1 → UP TO OCT 28, 2020 You may withdraw and receive a refund, less an administrative fee of CDN $500.00 to cover bank fees.
DEADLINE 2 → BETWEEN OCT 29, 2020 THROUGH DEC 18, 2020 You may withdraw and receive a refund, less an administrative fee of CDN $500.00 to cover bank fees, if you meet the criteria described in the section “CONDITIONS FOR DEADLINES 2 AND 3” below.
DEADLINE 3 → ON OR AFTER DEC 19, 2020 You may withdraw and receive a 50% refund if you meet the criteria described in the section “CONDITIONS FOR DEADLINES 2 AND 3” below.
CONDITIONS* FOR DEADLINES 2 AND 3
- a travel ban has been issued by German authorities due to COVID-19 that prohibits you from entry into Germany
- the quarantine requirements issued by German authorities due to COVID-19 exceed 5 days of quarantine upon entry into Germany
- the quarantine requirements issued by Canadian authorities due to COVID-19 exceed 5 days of quarantine upon return and other staff members within your company including its foreign subsidiaries that could otherwise staff your booth are effected the same way
* These conditions apply only to NEWLY ISSUED or RENEWED travel bans/restrictions AND if the announcement was made within the dates defined in deadlines 2 and 3. Withdrawal request must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the announcement
