8 Summer Fresh Falafels
2 Pita bread, small
4 oz (175g) Shredded mixed lettuce
½ English cucumber, sliced
½ cup (125ml) Summer Fresh Tzatziki
1 Avocado, sliced
1. Warm falafels following instructions on package.
2. While falafels are warming, cut the top inch off of each pita, and create an opening.
3. Add 2 oz (60g) of mixed lettuce and half of sliced English cucumber to each pita; add 4 tbsp (60ml) of Summer Fresh Tzatziki to each pita.
4. Add 4 falafels and ½ avocado slices to each pita.
