2 6 oz Chicken breasts
½ loaf Rosemary garlic foccacia bread, cut in 2 triangles
1 x 8oz (227g) Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
½ cup (125ml) Asiago cheese, shredded
½ cup (125ml) Roasted red pepper
1 cup (250ml) Mixed greens
1.Grill chicken breasts until fully cooked.
2. Slice foccacia bread in half; toast or grill each side. Spread each half with Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus.
3. Place chicken on bread and top with asiago cheese, roasted red peppers, and mixed greens.
