Winter Fancy Food 2024 Registration

  • The Canada branded designed stand will include structure, carpet with underpadding, lighting, one name sign, three shelves, one counter, one stool, one table, two chairs, one wastebasket and five exhibitor badges.
  • * Funding for this event is pending approval by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Agrimarketing Program. If the funding is not approved you agree to pay the full cost of participation ($11,886.00) and will be invoiced the remaining portion of $5,943.00.
  • Booth graphics are a separate charge. If you exhibited at the winter show 2022 or PLMA 2022/2023 you have the option to reuse your graphics that are stored with the builder. The cost to print new artwork will be US $368 for the counter and US $974 for the backwall (pending funding approval CFEA members will receive a 50% discount for this service).
  • There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $700 and the corner will be allocated on a draw basis once recruitment has been completed. (Pending funding approval CFEA members will be discounted 50% for this fee.)
  • By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Payment must accompany registration to be considered. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

Pending approval from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s Agrimarketing program, CFEA members may be eligible to receive their booth costs and additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, etc) at 50% as well as reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget, once/if approved.
