The Canada branded designed stand will include structure, carpet with underpadding, lighting, one flag logo, one counter 40", three shelves, one table 30'', two chairs and one wastebasket.

Corner Surcharge
There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $400.00 for corner booths and it will be offered on a draw basis. If you would like to be considered for a corner booth select below:

Graphics
If you participated in the previous PLMA or Winter Fancy Food you may have the opportunity to re-use your graphic panel at no additional cost. Please check below if you would like the builder to check the viability of the panel or if you might want to explore creating a new one.

PLMA Membership
Membership with the PLMA is mandatory in order to exhibit at this show (cost US $1500.00). Please confirm your membership status:
CFEA Membership
A valid CFEA exporter membership is required to participate with us at this show (cost CDN $565.00). Please confirm your membership status:

By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Payment must accompany registration to be considered. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

CFEA Membership: Due to space limitations, this program is exclusively available to CFEA exporter members.  If you’re not a member, you can register for membership at a rate of CDN $565.00 by visiting https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application/.  Exporter members are Canadian producers or manufacturers of food and beverage products.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.


Event Funding  (CFEA members):

The above booth space fee is at the funded rate and as a member of CFEA you will also receive additional booth elements (graphics, electricity, etc) at 50% and the following additional elements funded:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Carbon offset: 50% reimbursement of carbon offset fees towards the airline fees (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 4 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
