We develop a Member Profile for all of our member companies, which includes company name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, web site, contact name and product information for use on the Members’ On-line Searchable Database. This information is collected at the time of registering for membership in the CFEA and from time-to-time in member surveys. All other information asked in the membership application and member surveys is kept strictly confidential and will not be provided to third-party representatives. Logos of member companies are also collected with permission for posting to the Members On-Line Searchable Database. Please be aware that your company name and logo will be used in the format you provide and only for the purpose set forth above. E-mail addresses are used to send information that you’ve requested (such as seminar/workshop, trade show, outgoing/incoming mission invitations and various other communications). If you do not wish to receive communication via e-mail, contact us at email@example.com.

CFEA is committed to keeping your proprietary information confidential. We will not knowingly sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. All proprietary information i.e. export sales is collected solely for the CFEA’s purpose and is not intended for use by third party representatives.
As a member of CFEA, you have the right not to have your information displayed in the On-Line Searchable Database; you can opt out at any time by doing any of the following: sending any email to firstname.lastname@example.org sending a fax to (416) 510-8043 asking to be removed from the database; calling (416) 445-3747 or toll-free 1-888-227-8848 and asking to be removed from the database; or contacting us by mail at: 100 Sheppard Avenue East Suite 600, Toronto, ON M2N 6N5
