The pavilion is Canada branded and each stand comes furnished with one lockable counter, one round table, two chairs, three shelves, one wastebasket, lighting and one electrical outlet.

CFEA membership

I'm not a CFEA member but I will register and pay the $565.00 member fee to receive the member rate.

By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced or have Canadian content to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

You are not obligated to be a member to exhibit with us at this show, non-member rates available. If you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

In addition to receiving booth costs funded (already applied), CFEA members receive additional booth elements (additional electricity, graphics, etc) at 70% as well as reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 70% reimbursement of premium economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 7 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 70% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
