CFEA Membership: You are not required to be a member to exhibit with us however funding for travel and shipment of samples will be exclusive to CFEA members. If you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
After the event CFEA members will receive the following funding:
Airfare – 50% funding for premium economy airline tickets (maximum 2 people)
Per Diem – $287.5 per day up to 6 days (maximum 2 people)
Shipment of Samples – 50% funding for shipment of product samples/marketing materials to show site.
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
We are applying to the new Agrimarketing program to receive an additional 20% funding for this program. If successful companies will receive a refund of $2,000.00 towards the space cost, airfare and shipping would be based on 70% funding and the per diem would be $402.50 per day. Since approvals for 70% funding will take some time, we can only confirm the current 50% funding at this time.
