The Canada branded designed stand will include 1 lockable counter with logo, 1 logo on backwall, 1 8'H x 6.5'W company graphic on backwall, 1 LED spotlight, 2 shelves, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 stool, 1 wastebasket, 1 carpet and 5 exhibitor badges.

CFEA Member Rate: 10x10 furnished stand CDN $7,810.00

CFEA Non-Member Rate: 10x10 furnished stand CDN $15,620.00

Corner Surcharge

There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $650/members or $1300/non-members and the corner(s) will be allocated on a draw basis once recruitment has been completed.

CFEA membership

I’m not a member but will join at https://www.cfea.com/application so i can participate at the funded rate and possibly receive funding for other elements.

By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

You are not obligated to be a member to exhibit with us at this show however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

After the event CFEA members may receive 50% funding for economy airline tickets and a per diem of $237.5 per day up to 5 days (maximum of 2 people per company) and 50% funding for shipment of product samples/marketing materials to show site. This funding is pending approval of an application that has been submitted to Agrimarketing. Once/if approved, we reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
