The Canada branded designed stand will include structure, carpet with underpadding, lighting, one flag logo, one counter 40", three shelves, one table 30'', two chairs and one wastebasket.

10x10 furnished stand CDN $7,800.00

Corner Surcharge

There will be a corner surcharge of CDN $600.00 and the corner(s) will be allocated on a draw basis once recruitment has been completed.

Graphics

If you participated in the previous PLMA or Winter Fancy Food you may have the opportunity to re-use your graphic panel at no additional cost. Please check below if you would like the builder to check the viability of the panel or if you might want to explore creating a new one.

I participated at the last PLMA or WFFS with CFEA, please ask the builder to confirm the panel is still viable to re-use.

Please provide pricing for the development of a fabric back panel.

CFEA membership

By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

CFEA Membership: While membership is not a prerequisite for exhibiting at this show, funding for additional elements is exclusively available to members. Therefore, if you wish to access this funding, you may consider becoming a member at https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application/

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Event Funding (CFEA members):

In addition to receiving booth costs funded (already applied), CFEA members receive additional booth elements (electricity, material handling, etc) at 50% as well as reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $237.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)

Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
