Canadian agri-food and beverage companies are invited to join us at Expo ANTAD & Alimentaria, held in Guadalajara, Mexico, from April 26–29, 2027.

In partnership with the Embassy of Canada in Mexico, we will be offering an exhibitor program which will provide the following elements:
- In-person briefing and store tour program.
- Tailored B2B meetings organized by our consultant.
- Two exhibitor badges (provides early access to show floor).
- High quality custom built Canada branded pavilion.
- Dedicated counter/display space including a lockable counter with company logo, a glass display shelving unit, wastebasket and basic electricity.
- Access to a storage space and a small equipped kitchen to prepare food (fridge, electrical oven and prep counter)
The cost to participate with CFEA is CAD $4,937.00 (same price as 2026).

Interpretation is provided for B2B meetings, though your interpreter may vary by session. If you prefer a dedicated interpreter for the entire duration of the show, this is available for an additional $265 per day (billed separately from the participation fee).

This program with us is exclusive to members. If you’d like to participate with us and you are not a member you can join for for a nominal fee of CDN $565.00 by completing the application online at https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application/.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding:
CFEA members will receive reimbursements for the following items:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 per company)
Shipping: 50% reimbursement of shipment of samples
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket costs exceed our budget.
