We are inviting Canadian agri-food companies to participate in Food & Hotel Vietnam taking place in Ho Chi Minh City from March 23-26, 2026.
Food & Hotel Vietnam is an international trade event that caters to the Indochina region, with a specific focus on Vietnam. The event attracts over 10,000 trade visitors, who not only attend the business-oriented show floor but also participate in two renowned world-class competitions: the Vietnam Culinary Challenge and the Vietnam Barista Competition. Food & Hotel Vietnam serves as a platform that facilitates connections between international suppliers and Vietnamese buyers and decision-makers, providing valuable networking opportunities.
The cost to be in the Canada pavilion with the CFEA is CDN $2,010.00. This will give you a dedicated counter with integrated display case, access to the general meeting area, and other activities that may be organized by AAFC and the Embassy.

To participate under the CFEA banner, companies must be exporter members. If you are not a member and wish to participate with us, you may register for membership online at https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application for a nominal annual fee of CAD $565.00.

CFEA Membership: A non-member option will not be available for this program. If you are not a current member and would like to participate with us, you can register online for membership at https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application/. Membership is valid for one year from date joined.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the spot. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $500.00.
Event Funding:
CFEA members will receive reimbursements for the following items:
Airfare: 70% reimbursement of a premium economy airline ticket (maximum one person per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $402.50 per day up to 6 days (maximum one person per company).
Shipment of Samples: 70% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples to show site.
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket and shipment costs exceeds our budget.
