The Canadian Food Exporters Association in partnership with Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness is inviting Canadian agri-food companies to participate in a visitor program to the Gulfood Show taking place in Dubai, UAE from January 26-30, 2026.

In 2026, Gulfood enters a bold new era. For the first time in its history, the world’s largest F&B sourcing event will span two iconic venues, Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Expo City, creating the most expansive, immersive, and strategically connected edition to date. Gulfood 2026 will feature over 6,500 exhibitors from 130+ countries across 12 sectors, including a new tech vertical. The event will focus on sustainability, innovation, and global food security.

As a visitor, you’ll meet key distributors and retailers at the show (World Trade Centre), attend informative conferences, visit local stores, and network with buyers at a CFEA, Quebec Agri-Food Export Group, and Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness buyer networking breakfast.

The cost to participate with us is CDN $962.00. This fee includes the show entry fee, store tour and buyer networking costs.

Note: Canada pavilion exhibitors are NOT permitted to participate in this program.


CFEA Membership: You are not required to be a member to participate in this program however funding for travel is only available to members.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the spot. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $250.00. Cancellations will not be permitted if a visitor badge has already been ordered as badges are non-transferrable.


Event Funding:

CFEA members will receive reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 50% reimbursement of a premium economy airline ticket (maximum one per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 6 days (maximum one people per company).

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket cost exceeds our budget.
