The CFEA is inviting Canadian spirit companies to exhibit with us at ProWein taking place in Dusseldorf, Germany from March 15-17, 2026.
ProWein is the world’s largest trade fair for wines and spirits. 72,986 sqm net exhibition space in 13 halls it is the central industry event and business platform covering the entire world market. 42,000 trade visitors from all relevant sectors, from small top restaurateurs through to wholesale importers attended this event in 2025.
The cost to participate is CDN $5,522.00. Each 9sqm space includes: 1 counter with Canada Branding, 2 shelves illuminated, 1 table, 2 stools, 1 stand lighting, 1 refrigerator, 1 picture frame incl. logo, 1 waste bin, 1 power socket, stand cleaning and 3 exhibitor passes.

CFEA Membership: You are not required to be a member to participate in this program however if you would like to benefit from the additional funding you would need to be a member and can register at https://www.cfea.com/application.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $750.00.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
CFEA members receive additional booth elements (graphics, booth supplies) at 50% as well as reimbursements for the following items:
Airfare: 50% reimbursement of premium economy airline tickets (maximum 2 per company)
Per Diems: a per diem of $287.50 per day up to 5 days (maximum 2 people per company)
Shipment: 50% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples & marketing materials to the show
We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
