CFEA membership

Our company is not a member but we will register and pay the $565.00 fee so we can participate through CFEA in this program.

By pressing submit on this form constitutes your agreement to participate with the Canadian Food Exporters Association at this event. Program is offered on a first come – first served basis! Products must be produced in Canada to be eligible to participate in this program. Logistical details will be discussed as they become available.

CFEA Membership: You are required to be an exporter member to participate in this program through the CFEA. You can register online for membership at https://www.cfea.com/exporter-membership-application/

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the spot. In the event a replacement can be found the cancellation fee will be CDN $750.00.

Event Funding:

In addition to the already reduced booth space fee, CFEA members will also receive reimbursements for the following items:

Airfare: 70% reimbursement of a premium economy airline ticket (maximum 2 per company)

Per Diems: a per diem of $402.50 per day up to 7 days (maximum 2 people per company).

Shipment of Samples: 70% reimbursement of the cost to ship samples to show site.

We reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline ticket and shipment costs exceeds our budget.
