Apple and Wild Rice Breakfast



1 apple unpared, cubed

1/4 tsp cinnamon, dash of coriander

1 tbsp butter

1 cup Wild Rice, cooked

2 tbsp brown sugar

½ cup cream

¼ tsp salt


Over low heat, sauté apple in butter for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar, salt and spices over apples. Stir in Wild Rice. Cook, stirring until rice is heated thoroughly. Serve with cream.
