BBQ Devilled Eggs


227g BBQ Hummus

8 Eggs

1-2 tbsp Hot sauce (optional)

2 tbsp Fresh chives, diced


  1. Place 8 whole eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Remove eggs from pot and run under cold water until completely cooled.
  2. Gently crack and peel the eggs, then slice in half lengthwise, from top to bottom. Carefully remove yolks and add to a bowl.
  3. Mix yolks with BBQ Hummus and 2 tbsp of hot sauce. Mash with a fork and mix well until smooth.
  4. Arrange egg whites on a platter and fill each half with the yolk mixture, top with chives. Enjoy!
