227g BBQ Hummus
1-2 tbsp Hot sauce (optional)
2 tbsp Fresh chives, diced
- Place 8 whole eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Remove eggs from pot and run under cold water until completely cooled.
- Gently crack and peel the eggs, then slice in half lengthwise, from top to bottom. Carefully remove yolks and add to a bowl.
- Mix yolks with BBQ Hummus and 2 tbsp of hot sauce. Mash with a fork and mix well until smooth.
- Arrange egg whites on a platter and fill each half with the yolk mixture, top with chives. Enjoy!
