2 cups Chicken broth
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
½ 355ml can of light beer (approx.178ml)
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 to 3 tbsp Beer Can Chicken Seasoning with Cracked Black Pepper
- In a saucepan set to medium-high heat combine the chicken broth, butter, beer, and Beer Can Chicken Seasoning with Cracked Black Pepper. Bring to boil.
- Add the cornstarch, whisking continuously.
- Reduce to desired thickness and served immediately with cooked chicken.
