1 cup (250ml) Gay Lea Sour Cream
2 tbsp (25ml) Packed brown sugar
1½ tsp (7ml) Grated orange rind
3 tbsp (45ml) Orange juice
2 Nectarines, chopped
1 Peach, chopped
1 cup (250ml) Blueberries
1 cup (250ml) Raspberries
¼ cup (50ml) Chopped toasted pecans
1 tbsp (15ml) Chopped fresh mint (optional)
Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream
In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar, orange rind and juice until combined. Add nectarines, peach, blueberries and raspberries. Stir gently to combine. Sprinkle with pecans and mint, if using. Toss before serving and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
