1 lb Ground Canadian beef
4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
6 tbsp The Great Canadian Burger Seasoning
1 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 Shallot, minced and sautéed until translucent
1 cup Beef broth
2 tbsp Cornstarch
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs and 4 tbsp of The Great Canadian Burger Seasoning. Mix vigorously until all ingredients are incorporated and the beef becomes soft.
Form equal sized meatballs (approximately ½ inch in diameter), place on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add the minced and sautéed shallot, the beef broth, cornstarch and 2 tbsp of Wildly Delicious The Great Canadian Burger Seasoning. Mix with a whisk and reduce to desired thickness.
Add the browned meatballs into the sauce and cook until well coated. Serve immediately.
