Roasted Garlic & Shallot Mustard Pepper Steak

½ cup Italian dressing
2 tbsp Roasted Garlic & Shallot Mustard
2 tsp cracked, coarsely ground black pepper
1 lb Beef flank steak

In a small bowl combine Italian dressing, Roasted Garlic & Shallot Mustard, and cracked black pepper.

Pour ¼ cup of the mixture over the beef flank steaks coating both sides evenly. Cover the steaks and remaining mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Preheat the grill. Remove the steaks from the marinade and brush them with extra marinade as you grill them for 12 to 14 minutes, or until reached desired doneness.

Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
