½ cup Italian dressing
2 tbsp Roasted Garlic & Shallot Mustard
2 tsp cracked, coarsely ground black pepper
1 lb Beef flank steak
- In a small bowl combine Italian dressing, Roasted Garlic & Shallot Mustard, and cracked black pepper.
- Pour ¼ cup of the mixture over the beef flank steaks coating both sides evenly. Cover the steaks and remaining mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat the grill. Remove the steaks from the marinade and brush them with extra marinade as you grill them for 12 to 14 minutes, or until reached desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
