Summer Fresh Spicy Hummus, Original Hummus 227g
Shrimp 21/25 size, peeled & deveined
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
12 skewers wooden or metal
- In a bowl. Combine SF Spicy Topped Hummus with oil. Remove 1/2 cup of the Hummus mixture and set aside. Marinate shrimp in the remaining hummus mixture for minimum 1 hr.
- If using wooden skewers, let soak for 1 hour. Place 4-5 shrimp on each skewer & grill on med-high heat for 6 mins or until cooked throughly. While the shrimp is on the grill, brush with remaining hummus mixture on each skewer.
