Tangy Salmon

1 can red sockeye salmon, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dan T’s Spiced (or more to taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp chives, chopped
mixed greens, washed

Mix together first 6 ingredients and serve inside pumpernickel buns or bread with mixed greens. Serves 2 – 3.
