Tasty Chicken and Wild Rice Appetizers



1 cup Wild Rice, cooked

1 cup finely diced chicken

¼ cup celery, very finely diced

½ cup Kraft Miracle Whip

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ tspp oultry seasoning

10-12 bread, thinly sliced and trimmed



  1. Melted butter with a dash of poultry seasoning
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Butter the bread. Spread bread slices with salad mixture, packing firmly. Roll the slices as in rolled sandwiches.
  4. Wrap in damp towel and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  5. Before serving, brush rolls with melted butter and brown in hot oven for a few minutes. Do not over cook. Serve hot in bite size pieces.
