CFEA is inviting Canadian companies to exhibit in the Canadian pavilion at the IDDBA Show taking place in Orlando, FL, June 7-9, 2026.
The IDDBA show is the premier industry-only event for the dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice sectors. Over three days, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with global decision-makers and build valuable relationships.
CFEA members will pay CDN $7,187.50 for a 10×10 space. Thanks to funding from AAFC’s Agrimarketing program. Non-members will pay CDN $14,375.00.
Corner booths will be offered on a draw basis after recruitment has completed and the surcharge will be CDN $600/members and CDN $1200/non-members.
The Canada branded designed stand will include one big counter 60’’ wide x 19’’ deep, 2 stools, carpet, 1 trash can. 2 shelves on the back panel enclosed in a wall unit with a small storage compartment below and 2 arm lights.
Participating with us provides your company with:
- A Canada branded space with upgraded furnishings
- Reduced booth space costs (members only)
- Funding for travel and shipping (members only – pending approval)
- Full-service event coordination
- Networking with other Canadian companies

You are not obligated to be a CFEA member to exhibit with us at this show (non-member rate available) however if you are a not a member and would like to become one you can register online at https://www.cfea.com/application.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
After the event CFEA members may receive 50% funding for economy airline tickets and a per diem of $237.5 per day up to 5 days (maximum of 2 people per company) and 50% funding for shipment of product samples/marketing materials to show site. This funding is pending approval of an application that has been submitted to Agrimarketing. Once/if approved, we reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
