We’re delighted to invite Canadian specialty food and beverage manufacturers to showcase their products at the Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place in New York City from June 28 to 30, 2026.
The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food industry trade event in North America with more than 47,000 specialty food professionals visiting it annually to network with the 2,600 exhibitors from over 57 countries. Exhibiting at this show is the most convenient way to connect with buyers from every major food/beverage buying channel in the US and abroad.
CFEA members will pay CDN $7,810.00 for a 10×10 space. Thanks to funding from AAFC’s Agrimarketing program. Non-members will pay CDN $15,538.00. (The cost to exhibit directly with the show in a pipe and drape booth is US $5500.00).
Exhibiting with us gives you an upgraded stand with one lockable counter with logo, one logo on backwall, one 8’H x 6.5’W company graphic on backwall, one LED spotlight, 2 shelves, one table, 2 chairs, one stool, one wastebasket, carpet and 5 exhibitor badges.
Corner booths will be offered on a draw basis after recruitment has completed and the surcharge will be CDN $650/members and CDN $1300/non-members.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be permitted if a replacement can be found to take the space. In the event a replacement can be found a $750.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Event Funding (CFEA members):
After the event CFEA members may receive 50% funding for economy airline tickets and a per diem of $237.5 per day up to 5 days (maximum of 2 people per company) and 50% funding for shipment of product samples/marketing materials to show site. This funding is pending approval of an application that has been submitted to Agrimarketing. Once/if approved, we reserve the right to limit the maximum reimbursement if the airline tickets and shipment costs exceed our budget.
